Online bookings must be made at least one (1) day in advance.
A down payment via GCash is required to confirm your booking.
Customers are required to arrive on time for their scheduled booking.
The system and the business are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other personal situations that may prevent the customer from arriving on time.
Customers who fail to arrive within the 15-minute grace period may lose their reserved slot, and the service may be offered to walk-in clients.
Since this is an advance booking system, customers are expected to plan their travel accordingly and arrive before their reserved time begins.
The business and the system will not be held liable for any missed appointments or service delays resulting from late arrival.
2. Payment Terms
Payment proof must be uploaded within (15 - 30) minutes of booking.
Bookings without payment proof will be automatically cancelled.
The total payment must be completed at the shop before or after the service is done, depending on the selected payment option.
All prices displayed in the system are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the proof of payment is not valid it will be rejected and the booking is voided
All payments, including down payments, are non-refundable once made, regardless of cancellation reason or timing.
Failure to notify the business within the allowed period will be considered a no-show, and the payment will be forfeited.
4. Queue and Service Policy
The system follows a first-booked, first-served queue policy for confirmed reservations.
Walk-in customers may be entertained depending on slot availability.
The estimated service time displayed in the system is only an approximation and may vary depending on actual service conditions.
Any delay in service due to equipment maintenance, staff availability, or unforeseen events will be communicated to affected customers promptly.
5. Liability
SudsUp Carwash and its staff will only be responsible for damages directly caused by our service procedures.
The business is not liable for pre-existing damage or for personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers are encouraged to check and remove all valuables before availing of services.
6. Privacy and Data Policy
SudsUp collects and uses customer data solely for service delivery, booking management, and communication purposes.
Customer data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.
The system complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
7. System Use and Access
Any misuse, attempt to hack, or unauthorized modification of the system may result in account suspension or legal action.
Users must not create multiple accounts to exploit booking.
8. Agreement
By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
